Executive Director

The Central Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association’s Board of Director’s began discussing the need to create an executive director’s position for the association back in early 2020. The Board discussed the need based on the increased workload and the need to have one person in charge of all the organizational needs for the association. Due to Covid 19 the discussions were
tabled until late 2021 when regular meetings resumed. In August of 2021, the Board of Directors voted unanimously to support creating the position of Executive Director and approved the proposed by-law language for the Executive Director’s
position.
